Attorney Raphel is the past President of the Plymouth County Bar Association, a member of Massachusetts Bar Association and a past member of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys. He was able to convince a judge to revisit a judgment after a prior attorney was unsuccessful in trying to reopen the case. The judge awarded Raphel’s client with attorney fees after Raphel proved that the opponent lied in Court after hearing.
